Description

Agrément South Africa (ASA) invites service providers to supply Quality Management System Audit Software for a 3-year period under RFQ number ASA 04/06/2026. The project involves implementing an end-to-end audit system integrated on tablets, capable of capturing audit data, photos, and signatures, while generating compliance reports. The service provider must also provide support, maintenance, and training for administrators and supervisors. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 26 June 2026 at the Infotech Building in Pretoria. Proposals must be valid for 90 days. The contract will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
