The project involves reviewing completed medical forms, clinical records, and providing feedback to primary assessors. Practitioners will handle up to 400 assessments per week over a 36-month contract period. Work must be performed according to SASSA templates, and all findings must remain confidential. Practitioners must provide their own equipment and submit bi-weekly reports. This initiative aims to ensure the accuracy and integrity of disability grant assessments across the region.
