The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is seeking a service provider to review, assess, and evaluate its stakeholder relationships. The project involves conducting a stakeholder survey, analyzing stakeholder influence and relevance, creating a stakeholder matrix, and performing a risk impact analysis. Additionally, the provider will review the current stakeholder engagement strategy and facilitate an internal workshop for the NFVF. The work is expected to take at least one month to complete. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in stakeholder management, and the project manager must hold relevant formal qualifications such as an MBA, Master’s degree, or PhD.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- VAT registration — A registered VAT vendor number with SARS.
