Description

The George Municipality is seeking a service provider to prepare and write job descriptions for both new and existing positions. The work will take place in George. The project involves conducting job analysis, aligning descriptions with the TASK Job Evaluation System and Municipal Staff Regulations, and identifying task duplication. The service provider must also conduct at least five job-writing training sessions. Key deliverables include finalized job descriptions, comprehensive reports, and the handover of all documentation to the Directorate of Corporate Services. The contract duration is a maximum of 12 months, with individual tasks to be completed within three months of issuance. The project is expected to commence within one month of signing the Service Level Agreement. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in organizational structures and work-study processes.
