The eDumbe Local Municipality is establishing panels of contractors for the construction, rehabilitation, repairs, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure. This includes work on roads, stormwater systems, bridges, sports fields, parks, cemeteries, and waste disposal sites. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The tender is divided into two categories: Civil Contractors (EDUMPRO06/2026/20) and General Building Contractors (EDUMPRO07/2026/20). The municipality will select up to 30 smaller contractors (1-3 CE/GB) and 10 larger contractors (4 CE/GB or higher) for each panel. Work will be performed within the eDumbe Local Municipality area. This is a panel-based tender, meaning specific projects will be assigned later through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Bidders must demonstrate technical capacity, relevant experience from the past five years, and provide qualified key personnel to be considered for inclusion in the panel.
