The eDumbe Local Municipality invites contractors to join a panel for the construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure. This project covers both civil (CE) and general building (GB) works. The panel will consist of thirty contractors in the 1-3 grading range and ten contractors in the 4 or higher grading range. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. Work will take place within the eDumbe Local Municipality area in Paulpietersburg. Successful bidders will be called upon to perform specific tasks as needed by the municipality. The project aims to improve community halls, municipal buildings, and road infrastructure. All work must be completed according to the General Conditions of Contract for Construction. The closing date for all submissions is 20 August 2026 at 12:00.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- CIDB grading (Grade 1 Civil Engineering (1CE)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
