The EWSETA is seeking a service provider for general office maintenance, handyman, electrical, and plumbing services at their Parktown head office. This contract will run for six months on an as-and-when-required basis. The successful bidder must ensure office facilities, furniture, and equipment remain functional and safe. Key deliverables include responding to maintenance requests within 24 hours and performing repairs on electrical and plumbing systems. Bidders must provide qualified personnel, including a handyman, a certified electrician, and a certified plumber, each with relevant experience and references. The work covers all labor, tools, and transport required to maintain the premises.

- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
