The work will be performed at various Legal Aid SA offices in Gauteng, specifically the National Office in Braamfontein, the Benoni Local Office, and the Krugersdorp Local Office. The scope of work covers a wide range of building maintenance tasks, including general building repairs, electrical services, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, and external works. Additionally, the project requires professional services such as architecture, structural engineering, and quantity surveying. The contract duration is three years, with specific response time requirements for emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance tasks. Bidders must demonstrate at least seven years of experience in office building maintenance and provide a team of qualified professionals, including site managers, tradespeople, and OHS officers. All work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and relevant professional council regulations.
