The contract duration is three years, with specific response time requirements for emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance tasks. Bidders must demonstrate at least seven years of experience in office building maintenance and provide a team of qualified professionals, including site managers, tradespeople, and OHS officers. All work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and relevant professional council regulations.
