The National Nuclear Regulator (NNR) is seeking a service provider to develop and present training material for its Inspector Qualification Programme. The project involves creating learner manuals, PowerPoint presentations, assessor guides, and assessments for nine specific modules. The successful bidder will also be responsible for presenting this training to 50 learners at an NNR-provided venue. All training materials must be completed by 14 November 2026, with the training sessions scheduled for 2027. The work will take place at the NNR offices in Centurion. The lead consultant must possess at least ten years of experience in administrative and constitutional law, with nuclear law experience being an advantage.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
