The Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers for events management in Bloemfontein. The contract will last for 36 months. Successful bidders will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various events, including sports championships, arts festivals, workshops, and commemorative days. Key deliverables include providing logistics such as staging, sound, and catering, as well as managing security, crowd control, and artistic programming. Bidders must demonstrate the capacity to handle large-scale events and provide detailed post-event reporting. The project requires a qualified project manager with an NQF level 6 qualification.

- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
