The City of Johannesburg is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to assist with recruitment and assessment for senior management roles. The contract will run for a period of three years. The scope of work includes advertising vacancies, managing applicant responses, head-hunting for specialized roles, and conducting competency assessments. These assessments include both COGTA-aligned frameworks for Section 54A and 56 positions, as well as general assessments for other senior leadership roles. The work will be performed in Johannesburg. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 19 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at 100 Carr Street, Newtown, Johannesburg. Interested parties must be prepared to manage the project independently as no upfront payments will be provided by the City.
