The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking an internal audit service provider to conduct a performance audit of its Skills Planning and Research Programme. The work will take place in Pretoria. The project aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the sector skills plan, workplace capabilities, and post-training employment outcomes. The audit must follow international performance auditing standards. The project is scheduled to commence on 12 October 2026 and must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bidders must provide a team of at least three professionals with relevant auditing certifications and at least two years of experience in performance auditing. The evaluation will follow the 80/20 preference point system.
