The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan and ensure personnel are available for emergencies during normal hours, weekends, and public holidays. The contractor must meet strict turnaround times, including performing film development and reporting within six hours of notification. Bidders must provide a team of qualified NDT personnel, including Level II and Level III technicians, and a Metallurgical Engineer. All work must comply with Transnet Engineering technical specifications.
