Description

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport is establishing a panel of service providers to supply security services across all its districts and cost centers for a 36-month period. The work involves providing trained security personnel, including Grade C officers, Grade B supervisors, and a Grade A area manager, to maintain safety and access control. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing security equipment, maintaining registers, and submitting monthly incident reports. Service providers must operate a 24-hour control room and provide satellite offices within the districts. Selection will be made on a rotational basis from the approved panel. The contract requires immediate commencement upon appointment.
