The SABC is seeking a service provider to implement and support a cloud-based Records Management, Archiving, and Tracking System for a three-year period. The solution must be hosted within South Africa and comply with the National Archives Indexing Methodology and relevant legislation like POPIA and the PFMA. Key deliverables include migrating data from the legacy system, providing barcode tracking, ensuring secure storage, and training system users. The system must support at least 10 users and include comprehensive audit trails and reporting features. Preference is given to providers who can deploy the system within six weeks.
