Description

The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is seeking a professional service provider to operate an Anti-Fraud and Ethics Toll-Free Hotline for a period of 36 months. The service includes a 24/7/365 reporting platform via telephone, email, SMS, and live chat, supported by a secure Case Management System. The provider must ensure data privacy, manage incident reporting, and provide awareness training, including posters and newsletters. All data must be stored on encrypted servers within South Africa. The project aims to maintain operational independence from TCTA management while ensuring compliance with the Protected Disclosure Act and PoPIA.
