Description

The Railway Safety Regulator has issued a Request for Quotations to conduct a King V corporate governance compliance assessment. The successful service provider will evaluate the organization's current governance framework, identify gaps, and review existing policies and board charters. Key deliverables include a comprehensive gap analysis report, a strategic implementation roadmap, and ongoing support to ensure the organization effectively adopts the recommended governance improvements. The work will be performed for the Railway Safety Regulator. All proposals must be submitted by the closing date of 25 June 2025 at 10h00. The project aims to strengthen internal oversight and ensure the organization aligns with modern corporate governance standards.
