The Railway Safety Regulator is seeking a service provider to supply office accommodation in the North of Durban Central, KwaZulu-Natal. The contract covers a 60-month period starting 01 September 2026. The required space is between 450 and 550 square meters, including 30 secure parking bays. The successful bidder must manage building security, maintenance of the exterior and HVAC systems, and complete a full office fit-out according to specific design requirements. The project aims to provide a fully operational office environment for the regulator.
