- Valid firearm competency and SASSETA training for responsible personnel
- SAIDSA-accredited control room
- Valid CSD registration
- Audited financial statements for the previous 18 months
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- SAPS security clearance for all personnel handling NTCSA data
