- Minimum 3 years experience in job evaluation services
- Professional registration with SARA
- Consultants must have 5 years experience and relevant professional registration
- Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate and Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proof of rehabilitation if previously insolvent
