Full requirements

  • Valid Certificate of Acceptability (R368) for food premises
  • Valid Halaal certification
  • ISO 9001:2015, HACCP SANS 10330:2007, and Pest Control SANS 10133 certification
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
  • Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in VIP/corporate catering with 3 comparable projects
  • Qualified Chef (NQF level 6 Diploma) with 5 years experience
  • Proof of public liability insurance
  • Must agree to undergo security screening
