- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Valid Certificate of Acceptability (R368) for food premises
- Valid Halaal certification
- ISO 9001:2015, HACCP SANS 10330:2007, and Pest Control SANS 10133 certification
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Minimum 5 years experience in VIP/corporate catering with 3 comparable projects
- Qualified Chef (NQF level 6 Diploma) with 5 years experience
- Proof of public liability insurance
- Must agree to undergo security screening
