The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers for psychometric assessment services. The work will take place at the FSCA premises in Pretoria. The successful bidders will provide various assessments, including personality, leadership, and emotional intelligence testing, along with developmental plans and feedback reports. The contract will run for a period of five years starting from 1 October 2026. Key deliverables include conducting onsite assessments, providing all necessary tools and equipment, and submitting detailed reports within three working days of each assessment.
