The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an accredited Ivanti support partner to provide maintenance and support for their Ivanti ISM solution. The work will be performed at the RAF Head Office in Centurion. Key deliverables include a one-time maintenance renewal, software patching and upgrades, 100 hours of onsite and online support, module enhancements, and staff training. The contract duration is twelve months. The service provider must be an accredited Ivanti OEM partner in South Africa. All services must be delivered according to an official RAF purchase order.
