The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to perform Personal Verification Services for a period of 12 months. The work will be based at the RAF Head Office in Centurion. Key deliverables include verifying adverse financial history, criminal records, directorships, employment history, fraud listings, personal identity, and educational qualifications. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in this field and provide a minimum of three references from companies where similar services were provided. The project requires a team of at least three qualified resources, each holding a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management and five years of relevant experience. The service provider must also ensure strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act regarding the handling and storage of sensitive data.

- Valid SARS tax compliance status
- Minimum 5 years of relevant company experience
- Three resources with HRM degree or diploma
- Three references from previous or current clients
- Valid medical certificate for disability status claims
- Compliance with POPIA data protection and cybersecurity standards
- Documented incident response plan
