The vendor must also implement Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, configure voice policies, and perform a full system cutover with testing. The project requires the provision of 30 Microsoft Teams Phone Standard licenses. The vendor is expected to provide complete as-built documentation upon project completion. This project aims to modernize the agency's voice infrastructure to ensure reliable communication and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
