The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development is establishing a panel of service providers to support environmental management and policy implementation. The work will be performed across South Africa on an as-needed basis for a three-year period. Key deliverables include compiling environmental management tools, water and air emission licensing, climate change adaptation planning, and conducting biophysical and socio-economic assessments. The panel will also provide accredited training, spatial analysis, and structural designs for agricultural projects. Bidders must provide a project leader with 10 years of experience and a team of four professionals, each with at least five years of experience and NQF Level 8 qualifications.
