The project excludes hazardous chemical storage, truck staging, and open-air dust mineral storage. A non-compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 21 August 2026, and the final submission deadline is 30 September 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least ten years of experience in commercial logistics and provide a comprehensive business plan with a funding model.
