Description

Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) invites proposals for the 25-year developmental lease of a 101 065 square meter portion of Kings Royal Flats No. 16576-FU in Ambrose Park, Port of Durban. The site is intended for container-related logistics, including warehousing, storage, and distribution centers. The successful bidder is responsible for all design, construction, and infrastructure costs, including bulk services and security. Hazardous chemical storage and truck staging are strictly excluded. Bidders must submit a project schedule for the 24-month development phase. A non-compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 21 August 2026.
