Description

The Water Research Commission (WRC) invites proposals for a job evaluation service provider. The successful bidder will evaluate and grade various job levels using the Paterson Grading System over a three-year period. Work will be performed as needed at the WRC offices in Tshwane. Key deliverables include benchmarking jobs, maintaining a secure database, and providing defendable evaluation reports for management.
