Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is establishing a five-year panel of contractors for the National Water Partnerships Programme. The goal is to reduce non-revenue water across South Africa through technical, commercial, and social interventions. Selected contractors will perform leak detection, pipe replacement, meter installation, and billing system improvements. They will also provide financial investment for projects, recovering costs through revenue sharing. Work includes community engagement and skills training for municipal staff. Interested parties must attend a compulsory virtual briefing on 14 August 2026. The deadline for registration is 18 September 2026.

  • Valid All Risk insurance of at least R100 million
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
  • Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Clearance from Tender Defaulters and Restricted Suppliers lists
