The project involves assessing workstations and conducting an in-depth Ergonomics Risk Assessment across the basement and four office floors, covering 16,211 square meters. The successful bidder must deliver a comprehensive report and an Ergonomics Risk Assessment report. The work must commence following the issuance of an official Purchase Order. The tender is evaluated using an 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are awarded for price and 20 points for specific goals, including support for historically disadvantaged individuals, women, and persons with disabilities. All pricing must be quoted in South African Rand and include VAT if the bidder is a VAT vendor. The validity period for submitted quotations is 30 days from the closing date of 11 August 2026.
