The work will take place across the Eastern Cape, requiring a minimum investment of R1 million per commodity. Successful partners must demonstrate financial capacity and provide comprehensive operational plans.

- Signed Joint Venture Agreement if applicable.
- Key staff must hold relevant agricultural, project, or financial management qualifications.
