The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive report including an executive summary, risk assessment, and recommendations on whether to proceed with the transaction. The project must be completed within six weeks of appointment. The review will take place for SAFCOL operations, and the service provider must demonstrate expertise in financial due diligence and renewable energy transactions.
