Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience through contactable references and provide an organogram with CVs for key personnel, including a site supervisor. A minimum technical score of 70 points is required to qualify for further evaluation. All services must comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the latest National Minimum Wage requirements.
