The Saldanha Bay Municipality is seeking a service provider for the installation, monitoring, and armed response of alarm systems. The contract covers two regions: the North Region (Vredenburg, St. Helena Bay, Laingville, and Paternoster) and the South Region (Langebaan, Saldanha Bay, and Hopefield). The successful bidder must provide 24/7 control room monitoring and maintain a 5-minute response time for alarms. Equipment must be compatible with existing Paradox, IDS, and DSC systems. The contract period runs from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2029. Bidders must provide at least five response vehicles and five PSIRA-registered officers per region.
