Description

Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited is seeking a service provider to manage and operate the eThekwini bakery facility in Durban for 36 months. The project involves setting up the facility, managing raw materials, and providing technical training to approximately 600 MSMEs and cooperatives. Key deliverables include recruiting participants, developing standard operating procedures, conducting training in bakery manufacturing and business management, and submitting regular progress reports.
