The project will run for three years across six RAF offices in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, and Western Cape. The selected provider must source qualified professionals, including medical practitioners, psychologists, and wellness coaches, to deliver corporate-focused sessions. Key deliverables include managing speaker logistics, session scheduling, content development, and ensuring all activities comply with POPIA regulations. All speakers must be screened and approved by the RAF Employee Wellness Department. The service provider must maintain a national network of specialists to ensure consistent service delivery across all required provinces. The contract requires a detailed cost breakdown per session and includes provisions for annual price escalations for the second and third years of the agreement.
