The Maluti-a-Phofung Special Economic Zone (MAPSEZ) invites multidisciplinary firms to tender for the review and update of the MAPSEZ Master Plan in Tshiame, Harrismith. The project aims to align the zone with current industrial trends, logistics corridors, and economic policies. Key deliverables include a revised Master Plan, infrastructure assessments, a digital 3D model, and a five-year implementation strategy. The assignment must be completed within 24 weeks. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience in precinct planning and provide a team of six mandatory professionals, including engineers, architects, and a team leader. The project is located at the N3/N5 logistics junction in the Free State Province.
