The Deeds Registration Trading Entity (DRTE) is seeking a service provider to perform security and pre-employment screening services. The work involves providing a web-based system to conduct background checks on personnel and companies, including criminal records, citizenship, qualifications, credit history, and business interests. The service provider must also supply fingerprint readers and provide training for 35 departmental users every three months. The contract will last for 6 months. Key deliverables include a fully functional screening system and monthly management reports. The work will be conducted for the DRTE.
