- Laboratory used for sample analysis must hold SANAS accreditation
- Must have valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate

- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide audited or signed financial statements for the past three years
- Must provide a beneficial ownership certificate issued by CIPC
- Must appoint legally required on-site management and safety representatives
