Description

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for the maintenance and support of Access Control and Security Verification and Validation systems. The work covers the Western Precinct Office, O.R. Tambo International Airport, Cape Town International Airport, and Upington Airport. The contract duration is twenty-four months. Key deliverables include routine preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and support for scanners, boom gates, and biometric systems. The service provider must also supply nine replacement handheld scanners and ensure all systems remain fully operational. Technicians will be required to manage cargo areas and wire centres. The project aims to ensure high security and system reliability across these facilities.
