Key deliverables include a service level agreement, system implementation plans, integration documentation, and end-user training. The work will be performed at the HDA offices in Sunninghill. The service provider must ensure system performance, handle patch management, and provide regular reporting on licensing and system health.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

- Project lead or director must hold Sage certification
- Must be registered on the National Treasury CSD
- Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Pin
- Must hold a valid COID Letter of Good Standing
- Must provide reference letters proving relevant experience
