Description

The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) invites bids for the maintenance and support of its existing HPE server infrastructure. The contract will run for a period of three years. The successful service provider must offer 24/7 support, including public holidays, and ensure that both hardware and software incidents are resolved within four hours. Key deliverables include the deployment of firmware upgrades and security patches, regular health checks with monthly reporting, and the provision of 90 ad hoc HPE credit hours. The work will be performed at the dtic facilities in Pretoria. Bidders must provide a fixed, all-inclusive price for the duration of the contract. The closing date for this tender is 10 July 2026.
