The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) is seeking a service provider for the renewal of Genesys software licenses and related support services. The project involves migrating the existing Genesys system to a new provider and maintaining hosted contact center services for a 12-month period. Key deliverables include the Genesys Engage on-premise base package, recording connectors, SIP communication licenses, and quality management tools for 20 users. The work will be performed at the SABS facility in Groenkloof. The contract covers a one-year term, and all proposals must be submitted by 28 July 2026.
