Description

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites bids for the maintenance and repair of hoist and lifting equipment at Cape Town International Airport. The contract spans five years and involves bi-annual preventative maintenance, safety inspections, load testing, and ad hoc repairs. Key equipment includes winches, chain blocks, and lifting baskets located at the Control Tower. The service provider must ensure all work complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant lifting machinery regulations. Deliverables include detailed service reports, official load test certificates, and the supply of OEM-approved spare parts.
