The Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) is seeking a service provider to develop a Permanent Way (Perway) Railway Safety Regulator Standard for railway superstructure. The work involves assessing current South African railway standards, identifying safety gaps, and creating a new regulatory standard. The project includes facilitating technical working groups, presenting drafts to the RSR Board, and managing public consultations. The project is expected to last ten months, with the first draft due within three months. The work will be conducted in South Africa. Bidders must provide a team of two railway experts with relevant professional registrations and proven experience in the field.
