Description

FASSET is seeking a professional property practitioner to source a new head office building. The property must be located within 15km of Ferndale, Randburg, and offer between 4000 and 5000 square meters of space. Key requirements include Grade P, A+, or A building standards, 24-hour security, and full accessibility for persons with disabilities. The practitioner will manage the search, provide three building options, and negotiate lease terms. The project aims for occupation by 1 January 2027, with the lease running until 31 March 2030. The practitioner must also submit a detailed project implementation plan.
