Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to lease office space for its Gqeberha Customer Service Centre. The requirement is for a minimum of 158m² of office space located within the Gqeberha CBD or surrounding areas. The lease period is for twelve months. The facility must include at least eight secure parking bays, including one for persons with disabilities. The building must be fully equipped with necessary infrastructure, including air-conditioning, fire safety systems, ICT server room provisions, and security features. The landlord is responsible for building maintenance and exterior cleaning. The office must be accessible to the public and near public transport routes.
