Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager is seeking bids for a property lease on the B-Network line from Wolseley to Port Alfred for a minimum of 25 years. The goal is to find a concessionaire to invest in, develop, and operate the line. The line is approximately 28 km long. Key deliverables include an operational model, maintenance plans, a security management plan, an emergency response plan, and an investment plan.

- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
