Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is offering a concession for the Rosemead-Klipplaat-Uitenhage B-Network line in the Eastern Cape for 25 years. The goal is to boost private investment and reactivate the line. Bidders must provide an operational model and meet Transnet's safety and technical standards.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
- Railway Safety Act compliance and valid Railway Safety Regulator certificate.
- Minimum two years of Audited Financial Statements or Letter of Credit.
- Must be registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Valid Tax Clearance certificate required before bidding.
